You can see an index of all email addresses which you have from the Emails part of the Hepsia Control Panel, that will come with all web hosting accounts. For each one of them, you will notice a small auto-responder button and all you will need to do will be to click it, enter the content which you want to use and save the modifications - it's as easy as that. Setting up an auto-responder for multiple emails and modifying or deleting an active auto-responder is just as easy and can be done whenever you want. There will be a different image for every mailbox with an active auto-responder inside the Emails section, so you will have the ability to monitor effortlessly and adjust the status of the function any time if required.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you are using a semi-dedicated server package to host your domain names with us, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder feature for the email addresses that you create with the account. You can do this in the Emails part of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can see a set of all of your mailboxes. A small icon will highlight which one has an enabled auto-responder and which does not. To add, edit or delete a message, click on the corresponding image for the specific email, type in the text that you'd like to use, save the changes and you will be all set. In case you choose several e-mail addresses, you can enable or disable the function for them in bulk, with just very little efforts.
